Inner Wild Counselling provides a variety of counselling services in Shropshire. All sessions are private, one-to-one, and go at a pace that makes you feel at ease.
Prioritising your mental health is the best thing you can do for yourself and reaching out to book a free initial call sets you on a positive path to reconnecting with yourself.
My mental health services are intended to make you feel at ease in an environment which makes that possible. Which is why I provide traditional in-person counselling from a safe space in Shifnal, online counselling, walk-and-talk therapy and ecotherapy. In addition to this I also offer private and public mindfulness walks. So, after an initial free phone consultation I will make recommendations on how our sessions should progress.
All counselling sessions are conducted by a qualified counsellor, who holds a BACP membership.
My counselling services are available for individuals, and can be provided within a traditional indoor environment or ecotherapy (outdoor).
To help you on your journey, I recommend booking a free initial 20 minute chat over the phone. This gives us both the chance to understand your initial needs, for us to make recommendations on next-steps, and for us both to understand whether we are a good fit to book your first full counselling session with Inner Wild Counselling.

My counselling sessions are available to individuals that are looking to discuss thoughts, emotions, and concerns in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
My approach can be adapted to suit your individual needs, and can be provided in a number of settings whichever allows you to feel most grounded - enabling you to address anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, or life transitions.

If you've not previously used my counselling services then I recommend you complete the form, call, or email and you'll hear back within 48 hours to get a free consultation booked in.
Consultations are completed over-the-phone and usually last 20 minutes. In this call it'll give you a chance to express needs, raise concerns and ask any questions you may have - especially if you've never had counselling before. From there, we'll be able to provide a recommended route forward.
