The Woodland Reset Day will operate from 13 acres of woodland with plenty of parking, walking trails and wildlife.
We aim to provide a calm, adult-only environment where you can step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with yourself through nature, creativity, and simple practical skills.
Group sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 adults (split in to 2 groups of 6) to maintain a relaxed and personal atmosphere.
Modern life rarely allows space to properly pause. Many adults, and particularly those caring for children, family members, or others spend their days constantly "on".
That's why Inner Wild Counselling and Spirited Adventure have teamed up, so you can experience:
By the end of the day, participants can expect to leave feeling grounded, calm, lighter and refreshed.

Participants split into smaller groups to take part in one of the following activities:
Group One
Nature-based Art
-
Julie will lead the group foraging, where we will collect natural materials that will inspire your creative energy. Whether it be a nature-weaving, or clay work.
Group Two
Bushcraft Skills
-
James will lead the session in whittling, using knives and saws. This is a great opportunity to learn hands-on skills whilst getting your creative energy going.*
Both groups will get the chance to take part in the other activity when it comes to the afternoon session.
*if time allows the bushcraft skills may also include fire ignition skills and fire building.
Everyone comes back together to share a nourishing lunch in a relaxed and social setting, under the parachute.
The soup is made to cater for a variety of intolerances. We do ask that participants make us aware of any specific dietary requirements prior to joining the event - don't worry about forgetting, we will remind people closer to the day.
