Inner Wild Counselling x Spirited Adventure

A Day to Step Away,

Slow Down & Recharge

The Woodland Reset Day will operate from 13 acres of woodland with plenty of parking, walking trails and wildlife.

We aim to provide a calm, adult-only environment where you can step away from daily responsibilities and reconnect with yourself through nature, creativity, and simple practical skills.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 12 adults (split in to 2 groups of 6) to maintain a relaxed and personal atmosphere.

Modern life rarely allows space to properly pause. Many adults, and particularly those caring for children, family members, or others spend their days constantly "on".

That's why Inner Wild Counselling and Spirited Adventure have teamed up, so you can experience:

  • Time away from responsibility.
  • Space to breathe and think clearly.
  • A chance to reset the nervous system.
  • A calm and welcoming environment.
  • Permission to fully switch off without guilt.
  • Gentle connection with others in a similar stage of life.
