Counselling and Nature-Based Therapy

Inner Wild Counselling provides different types of therapy depending on where you are at in life and what you feel comfortable with. This page outlines the different therapy services available, with each approach offering a slightly different way of working, whether you prefer a traditional indoor setting, the support of movement and fresh air, or a deeper connection with nature as part of the therapeutic process.

You'll find details below of all one-to-one counselling, including walk and talk therapy, ecotherapy, mindfulness walks, as well as small-group events scheduled for the months ahead - rain or shine.
