Pricing For Online Sessions

Pricing for an online session is only £50.00 for a 50 minute session. Sessions can be accessed from a laptop, tablet or mobile device that has internet access and a camera.

Instructions on how to access the online sessions and have a confidential environment can be discussed  during your free phone consultation.

How online counselling works

Online counselling sessions are held at an agreed time using a secure video platform. Sessions follow the same structure as face-to-face counselling, with space to talk, reflect and work at your own pace

You'll need:

  1. A private, quiet space where you won’t be overheard
  2. A stable internet connection
  3. A device with a camera and microphone

Sessions are typically 50 minutes and take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
